WHAT IS IT?
It is a project dedicated to teaching and disseminating the vocational skills needed by agricultural professionals to achieve their business development plan in the best way possible.

WHERE DOES IT START?
From the experience of associations and training experts in agriculture from eight different European countries; from in-depth analyses of success stories that are significant because of their innovative contribution to driving production processes, with particular reference to multifunctional activities; from the complex system of know-how, skills and abilities essential for running competitive and modern agricultural concerns.

WHAT IS THE PROPOSAL?
To create a dynamic training system dedicated to farmers, trainers and experts, comprising documentation, images and contents set up along an interactive course that includes:

• Instruments of research and in-depth analysis (virtual library)
• Analysis and self-assessment (training "gym")
• Balance sheet of company professionals skills (computerized company platform)
• Simulation of effectiveness on the market (advance marketing an e-commerce application model)
• Virtual prototype of a success story (company incubator).

WHAT RESULTS DOES IT INTEND TO ACHIEVE?
The training products, which will be translated into all languages by participating partners, will be applied in order to develop projects aimed towards innovation at farms in participating countries and the use of new technologies for distance training in rural settings. The selected path will make users experts at following the right tracks to success and, inversely, avoiding negative consequences that can arise from wrong or risky choices.A guidebook (hardcopy and CD-Rom) will help the end-users make the most of the training system.
